We understand that it is often difficult to find community resources that may help you or your loved one reach independence while living in Siskiyou County. We have added a list of such resources with websites, and phone numbers below. 

ADMISSION CRITERIA

Prospective clients must;

• Be a Siskiyou county resident 18 years or older.

• Have documentation of a diagnosed mental,physical, emotional, or developmental disability that presents a barrier to employment.

• Show eligibility for funding sponsorship (i.e. Far northern regional Center, Department of Rehabilitation, mental health, county schools, or private)
