• All costs of payroll, taxes, benefits, and equipment costs are covered by S.O.C.
• Each crew consists of 2-4 workers plus a working Job Coach depending on the size of your need. 
• The cost of the crew goes down if less workers are required. 
• We offer this service in Yreka, Weed, Mt. Shasta, and Dunsmuir, but may be willing to travel further depending on the amount of work.
