Siskiyou Opportunity Center has a very dedicated and professional workforce. We currently employ over 20 staff members which allows us to offer quality services and supervision to our clients. All staff members are encouraged to use empathy in helping our workers reach their highest level of vocational potential.

All S.O.C. staff members are mandated reporters.Each staff member is also trained in CPR and First Aid. The Siskiyou Opportunity Center is dedicated to training its employees and promoting from within. We are very proud of our staff, their teamwork approach, and their dedication to helping our clients reach their highest level of independence.
